rudy hear i was wondering if enybody had a opinion on exstending the qualfying time to march. i cant see whear it will help eny & the nuersery the dogs born after jan that have turn 3 shuld be to old to compeat till mach thanks rudy

Hi Rudy,

This past weekend Lyle East was able to get a dog qualified that would not have been if it was not for the extension, so that's one more entry.

It does not help the dog that aged out as of Jan 1, but it does give the younger dogs a few more months to season.

It also makes the nursery trials in this first quarter more relative to the finals, it didn't make sense to me to be qualifying for a finals that won't run for almost 1 1/2 years from now, heck do we even know where the finals will be in 2011?

Personally, I like the change. It will allow some dogs to get qualified that wouldn't have otherwise. Trials are few and far between where I'm from.

rudy hear what i dont like about it is like denver is a bigger cattel trial i dont go thear so it dont bother me but you use it tweise this time torington is one i go to in feb so that is one that is with in 100 mi . so next yr that is one less for me to qualify. i guess i dont like changing the ruels in the middel game. if you dont have a dog qualifid by now you probly saved 250 . thanks rudy
